Besides our valued clientele, EquityMax's most prized assets are our employees! Here is a brief profile of each of our employees:

Brad Emmer
Brad was born and raised in Miami, and has lived his whole life in South Florida. He graduated Coral Gables Sr. High School in 1967, and the University of Miami in 1971, with a B.S. in accounting. In addition, Brad speaks reasonably fluent Spanish. Brad lives in Ft. Lauderdale with his wife of 20 years, Debbie, and their three sons, Ryan, Gregory, and Sean.

After working several years for a local paper products company, Brad established a wholesale container and packaging products distributorship in 1976. During its 14-year tenure, the entity grew to become the largest, privately held, Florida-owned distributorship of its kind. By the time Brad sold the company, in 1990, five branch warehouses throughout Florida and Puerto Rico were generating over $14MM in sales, annually.

In 1990 Brad entered the residential real estate investment business, buying, repairing, and selling nearly 50 homes over the next two years. He became licensed as a real estate agent in 1990, with New Horizon Realty in Hollywood, FL., where he quickly became the company's top producer. At the same time, he formed his own licensed mortgage lending company, RGS Investments, Inc. In 1992, Brad shifted from property investing to become a full time real estate agent and mortgage lender, catering strictly to the needs of fellow real estate investors. In 1998, Brad became a licensed real estate broker, and combined all real estate and mortgage activities under the newly established name, EquityMax. EquityMax has built on the early successes of RGS and Brad's work at New Horizon to become one of the leaders in our segment of the real estate and mortgage industry.

According to Brad, "The great thing about the real estate and mortgage business is that every transaction is different. I look forward to every new day and its challenges. There is always another deal to make! We work hard at EquityMax, but we all have fun. I can't imagine a more rewarding industry than ours. It truly compensates those that work hard and are entrepreneurial!"

Gregory  Emmer
Greg was born in Miami, but primarily raised in Fort Lauderdale, and continues to enjoy all that South Florida has to offer. He attended The Stern Business School at New York University, Graduating in 2006 with a double major in Management and Marketing,with a concentration in Entertainment, Media, and Technology.  While only 24, Greg has successfully obtained his sales associate, mortgage broker, and real estate broker license.
He will continually strive to help any customer in whatever capacity necessary, from finding investment opportunities for clients to coordinating loans for these ventures. 

Elly Luechauer
Originally from Peru, Elly has been with EquityMax since it's inception.  Prior to joining EquityMax, Elly developed an early expertise in business as the purchasing manager for both a South Florida textile manufacturer and a local distributor of containers and packaging materials. It was at these positions Elly first developed skills in the art of buying, selling, and management. It has all come together for her at EquityMax. She has developed into a "natural" in the real estate and mortgage business.

Elly's functions and responsibilities are almost limitless. Internally, behind the scenes, she helps manage our commercial credit facilities. More visibly, Elly helps manage our day-to-day office operations. Anyone who calls our office almost always finds her willing to jump in and get involved to "make it happen". She does whatever it takes to ensure EquityMax's operation runs smoothly.

As a licensed real estate agent with EquityMax, Elly assists in the search through thousands of real estate opportunities monthly to find the most profitable investment properties for our investor/buyers. Elly has developed extensive contacts with the most active area listing Realtors who specialize in foreclosed and REO properties. Elly knows the needs of our buyers. Her expertise enables her to find the most favorable "deals" possible for them.

Elly also coordinates EquityMax's financing of the purchases for most of our buyers. After participating in thousands of transactions, Elly is keenly aware of property values and credit conditions in the South Florida market.  As such, she is proud to claim, "I am able to successfully assist our buyers in making the right offers. Furthermore, providing them the most favorable loan-to-value on our direct equity loans is my specialty." Elly personally follows up nearly all of the real estate transactions that originate in our office. She makes it a point to guide our investor/buyers to a successful real estate closing.

Sean Emmer
Sean was born in Miami but raised in Ft. Lauderdale. He graduated Pine Crest Preparatory School with honors in 2007. He currently attends Princeton University, and is taking advanced real estate courses there. Sean became a licensed Florida real estate agent in 2007. When at home on breaks and during the summer, Sean practices real estate full time.  He is a true "people person"!
